OPTION ONE

TENANT PROCUREMENT

This option is designed to help landlords find the best tenants in order to prevent stressful and costly situations down the road. It includes advertising the property, taking photographs of the property (professional photography at an additional cost), performing credit and national background checks on all prospective tenants, conducting reference checks on prospective tenants, providing and reviewing rental applications and lease documents, conducting the initial move-in inspection and providing pictures from the inspection.

OPTION TWO

TENANT PROCUREMENT + PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

This option includes all of the benefits of option 1, but also offers property management services to make your life completely stress free. Property management services include: rent collection, handling repair calls, handling delinquent tenants and/or evictions (additional costs apply) and conducting move-out inspections.
